Explaining What a Wedding Officiant Is

How to decide if you need a wedding rehearsal

Ceremonies Without Rehearsals

One package is for those folks who only need me for the ceremony whether it’s a wedding, a vow renewal, commitment ceremony, gay wedding, what have you. I come. I do the ceremony. I leave. This is a great choice for people having a small ceremony, say 10 or less people, and a rehearsal simply isn’t necessary.

Ceremonies With Rehearsals

This second package includes not only the ceremony but also includes a rehearsal as well. This is usually done one or two days before the ceremony. This is a good choice for people who have a fair amount of attendees or who have a complex ceremony with lots of parts and pieces or folks who would just feel better having a practice run beforehand. If the rehearsal is for a wedding, we will also take care of all the paperwork at this meeting.
